Jujitsu Training

 

Based on the principle of minimum effort, maximum result-

 

Originally developed for self-defense, jujitsu trains an individual to defend themselves against stronger, armed assailants by using leverage and proper techniques, such as:

  • Joint-locks 
  • Chokes (cardiovascular and respiratory)
  • Throws  
  •  

    Our style focuses on multiple attackers, pressure points, balance, unarmed defense against weapons,* physical conditioning, and some ground techniques.

     

    *specifically guns, knives, clubs,and baseball bats. These weapons are most likely to be used to kill or injure you.

     

    Fee:

    All members must be a member of Royal Fitness. The only other cost is a one time $100 charge after the 4th class.
